Spray Drag Running Race
Come Join the AWCA ski team in their second annual Spray Drag running race. Lots of good prizes and great competition.
8:15am debrief at the Bill Warren Training Center.
5 km - Women and Junior Boys/Girls 17 and Under - 9:30am - Rundle view Entrance.
7.5 km - Open M 18+ - 9:40am - Green gate about 400meters from power plant spill way.
Lactate Challenge:
Who can get it the highest for men and women? $50 to enter per person on Zone4 website, 50% of entree goes to AWCA and 50% goes to the winner. Lactate test will be done at the end of the race.
A van will be at Nordic center parking lot and at each starting point to put your dry clothes in for after race.
There will be 3 Vans to shuttle people down from race finish to Nordic center parking lot.
