This group is for anyone who has done or is planning to do a 10km or half-marathon. The age group currently ranges from early 20s to late 50s and paces of 4:30-6:30min/km. Tuesdays are speed work/intervals. Thursdays are hills or stair workouts. The meeting location is Edworthy Park at 6:30pm Weekly Schedule |

| CRR Marathon clinic |
Train for your first marathon, or improve on your personal best. This group is for you. Tuesday training sessions vary,covering hill training sessions, race-pace runs, tempo runs, repeats and fartlek workouts. Plus, opportunities to join or arrange with other participants for weekend easy paced long run workouts.
We will be meeting on the Bow River Pathway at the bottom of 37th Street NW. |

Long training runs 1 1/2 to 2 hours over various terrains at 8 minute per mile (+ or - 15 seconds per mile) pace. |

| Club Night |
Club Nights will be held on the third Thursday of every month at the Key West Bar and Grill, 201 1104 6 Avenue SW.
Meet at 6:30 PM for a run along the pathway with a social at about 7:30 PM afterwards. There is plenty of free parking in the area after 6 PM. Enjoy happy hour prices and 10 percent off food for CRR members. This is a non-smoking atmosphere, and Youth/Minors are welcome. This is a great opportunity to socialize with fellow members and meet new members. |

Pathway Etiquette
|
|   |
When running on Calgary's pathways please observe the rules and regulations as set by the City of Calgary.
- Respect the rights of others
- Run on the right side of the pathway
- Stay to the right except when passing
- Make walkers and other runners know you are passing them by calling 'passing on your left.'
- Yield to the right of way
- Ensure you are visible to other pathway users (at night wear reflective clothing)
- If running with your dog, keep on a short leash
