NPR Clinic - September 18-19
Join Calgary Roadrunners Helly Visser and Roger Davies, the founders of Natural Posture Running, and world-class coaches Cal Zaryski and Syl Corbett at a two-day Natural Posture Running Clinic on the 18th and 19th September 2010 in Calgary, Alberta. Including individual video analysis. An exciting new location at the Edge Athletic School in the Duckett Performance Centre. The Duckett Performance Centre is quickly earning a reputation as a premier training centre for high performance athletes, offering teams, groups and individuals alike, state-of-the-art equipment and professional services at a world-class level. Thrive Seminar with Brendan Brazier - Sept 4th
Brendan Brazier, a professional athlete, vegan and author of the bestselling Thrive Diet and Thrive Fitness, will be hosting a seminar Saturday, September 4th. Brendan advocates a plant-based, whole food diet for best health and athletic performance.
The seminar is at Community Natural Foods - Saturday Sept 4 (9am-11am)
