  Roger and Helly are planning the 7th Natural Posture Running Clinic on March 20th & 27th. Faster times - Fewer Injuries - More efficient - Less emphasis on leg power - Less impact on the body. More info [pdf].

• Cross Country Grand Prix Awards Banquet
  Time to hand out the hardware to deserving XC Iron Persons, age category winners and overall male and female champions. Doors open at 6 pm Sat. March 20 at the Wildwood hall. Pot luck feast is followed by awards and draw prizes. Please bring a main course or salad AND a dessert. More info.
