The HSBC Calgary Marathon is looking for volunteers. An event of this size need lots of help and they are looking for over 1000 people to volunteer in different aspects. If you, your friends or family are interested, you can fill out the form on their website here.

Banff Jasper Relay is looking for race day volunteers on June 7, 2008. People can come volunteer for a couple hours or the whole day. For those who come out to volunteer for the whole day (doing more than one exchange point), we will provide dinner and accommodation in Jasper for Saturday night.

The Calgary Women's Run on May 25 at 9 AM is celebrating it's 30th year (making us the longest running women's run in Canada), and planning to make this year's event extra special. There is a $300 prize for 1st place in the 10 K event, a gold bracelet for the winner of the 5.5 K run, a Women's Only Night on the Friday preceding the race at The Tech Shop (May 23), GREAT draw prizes and $10 from each and every entry goes to The Calgary Women's Emergency Shelter.
Race entry forms are now available at the Tech Shop, Eau Clair YMCA and on their website.
