Weaselhead XC
The next XC of the season is February 20th at South Glenmore park where we get to experience the joy of many rolling hills on the Weaselhead trails. Rob Stichbury is looking for course marshal volunteers so if you can help out please call him at: 256-0753. Race details [pdf].

NPR Clinic
Roger and Helly are planning the 7th Natural Posture Running Clinic on March 20th & 27th. Faster times - Fewer Injuries - More efficient - Less emphasis on leg power - Less impact on the body. More info [pdf].

The Original St. Patrick's Day Race, Saturday March 13 This is the 23rd annual St. Patrick's Day 10k and 5k race. It's the first race of the Athletics Alberta Timex Road Race Series. Win your weight in beer. Online registration is now up at eventsonline.ca/events/stpats_calgary/ and the website is at St. Patrick's Day race. This race is only $45 until Feb 23.
