Club Night
Thursday Nov 20 will be the monthly Calgary Road Runners Club Night run and social.
This month, we will meet at Friar's Pub in Glenmore Landing at 6:30 PM for about a 1 hour jog along the Glenmore pathway, probably along the Jack Rabbit trail, followed by socializing at the pub.
Members and non-members are welcome. This is a great opportunity to socialize with fellow members and meet new members.
Club Nights are usually held on the third Thursday of every month.

-January - Bowness Park run then skating and hotdogs

CRR Cross Country
The Okotoks X-C race is one of the most run-able courses of the Grand Prix series and is recommended as a good introduction to cross country running. The race venue is at Strathcona Tweedsmuir school. The post-race festivities will be held at Foothills Composite high school in Okotoks. More info [pdf]
Spikes will be available for a buck fifty a dozen - the last of the Cdn at par pricing.
