Our Mission

Marathon Training Program

The marathon group meets on fall and winter Tuesday evenings at 7:00 P.M. at the Olympic Oval by the long jump pit. The group meets on spring and summer Tuesday evenings at North Edworthy park at 6:30 P.M.
The program is designed for individuals who have a reasonable running base and want to run their very first marathon, or runners who are looking to post a new personal best. It is based upon certain fundamental principles proven to produce successful results for many marathon runners over the last several years.
