The Calgary Women's Run is one of the oldest women's races in Canada. Organized by volunteers from the Calgary Roadrunners, the race is made possible by The Tech Shop. And our other valuable sponsors.

Race capped at 350 participants.

Start Time: 9:00 AM for all athletes.

Location: Monserrat Rd. N.W. (just east of Shouldice Aquatic Centre, 5303 Bowness Rd. N.W.).

Parking: There is limited parking available so please find street parking. Please DO NOT park in the Shouldice Pool parking lot.

Prizing: Cash awards, age group prizes, draw prizes, volunteer prizes and mother/daughter prizes Must be present to win.

Cash prizes awarded as follows: 10k 1st place - $300; 5k 1st place - $100; 2nd place - $80 each; 3rd place - $60 each; 4th place - $40 each; 5th place - $30 each.

Age Classes: 10-year increments - 10 to 70+ yrs

Volunteering: PLEASE DO! Everyone welcome! Please contact (ErinW@connectionscounselling.ab.ca) to volunteer.

Post-race activities include results & awards ceremony, prizes for the top finishers in each category and draw prizes.
There will be a couple surprise awards at the end of the race so stick around!

Men! Don't Feel Left Out!

We can always use a helping hand. Volunteers are needed for course marshals, water stations, and finish line. Come cheer on your wives, sisters, mothers, daughters, etc. Please contact our race organizers for more information on how you can help.
