The 35th Annual Original St. Patrick’s Road Race is coming up quickly on Sunday March 13th.  This once-a-year event is our club’s major annual income generating race and a lot for fun for our runners! We still need about 20 volunteers to act as marshals for the race course and help with set up and take down.

If you’re available for a few hours to help ensure our runners have a safe, enjoyable experience, please send your email address and phone number to Kenneth Tang, Volunteer Coordinator, at  hydrophilic@hotmail.com for further instructions.  Or you can visit this link, and click on the volunteer tab on the left of the screen – it will direct you to a job checklist where you can select “Course Marshal”.

Also, let’s not forget about you snagging a sweet t shirt, a simple Simon Pie (Yes, we’re going with an Irish Sheppard’s Pie to go with the theme), and some good race karma for yourself… Or Lucky Charms! Not to mention, the chance to win your weight in beer. If that’s not good karma, I don’t know what is!!
